Graphic problems.

Sun Mar 26, 2006 4:32 pm

I have a big problem. :p leure:

Every time I zoom out the map, and move it to one of the corners - almost all bitmap pictures (armies, cities ect.) start to flicker – very strange. When I zoom in again it stops, most of the times but not all. When I press Menu button the screen goes almost total black - and I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete

I have a

Laptop.

Pentium M 1,6
512 Ram
ATI Radon 9600 (newest driver)
Windows XP
DirectX 9.0c

Does it also happens if you have the "pre-cache regions" option activated?

Can you also try to move in one of the problematic corner at 100% (normal view), so that each region is loaded in memory. Wait a few seconds, then zoom-out, does the problems is still there?

you have perhaps a problem with the maximum texture size allowed by your video card.

Send me you Dxdiag, perhaps I can see something in it (support@ageod.com)

this stems from the fact that the game need at least a 64 Mb video card, and 128 is better.
