v1.04: evt_nam_gates332 lacks more descriptive message

I was fooling around with the Saratoga scenario.

I got a message in the bottom display that simply said "evt_nam_gates332" which displayed a Gazette message when I clicked on it. I would have thought that the event should display something more meaningful in the message window.
