AACW- Newish CSA player seeking 3rd PBEM

Hi there,

I'm rather new, since March 2011 and am seeking my 3rd PBEM game. (won one and lost the other) As I'm based in Afghanistan, it is helpful if you are in a European time zone.

My proposal is the following:

1. 1861 July w/Kentucky (I'm the CSA)
2. The highest activation rule (sorry, but I find the other two ways to be a bit too unrealistic). There were many cases when the Generals just refused to move)
3. Generals without randomized stats
4. Standard naval box handling
5. 3 redeployments with house rule of no redeployments in places with enemy units
6. Medium delay
7. Foreign Entry normal
8. Historical attrition historical
9. Raiding - Only the border states of MO, KY, and Maryland can have raiding units without a general. All other states must have a general and a minimum of 3 elements.
10. We play till the end (no early exits please)
