Johnny Reb seeks Billy Yank

1861 Full Campaign w/ Kentucky, v. 1.16rc4a
House rules: no mobilization before 1862
Settings: historical attrition
Turns: 1-2 turns per day

This will be my first AACW PBEM game. I'm open to suggestions for house rules or settings, none of this is set in stone. I am also willing to revert to v. 1.15 if necessary. Reply here or send me a private message and I'll send you my email.

I can play at least one turn per day (most days) and realize this is a fairly long-term commitment. I run v1.15 (official patch). Your suggested house rule is fine; I'm also open to suggestions. While I'm competitive I'm more interested in having fun with the game.

My PBEM experience is limited to the 1st AACW Tournament (I got whupped):

FYI here is the AAR of my first full campaign against the AI:

Awesome, thanks for the links. I'd eventually like to play competitively too, but of course it's all about having fun! I'll revert to 1.15 and send you a PM soon
