Newbie looking for Union Opponent

I am looking for a union opponent, 1861-1865 /w Kentucky. I can do 1, maximum 2 turns a day on weekends more. I would like to host and I play with Patch 1.15. My playing level is newbie, I played 1 pbem as the north and I would like to see the other side now
