Looking for USA host

Looking for a USA host to play 1861 w/Kentucky 1.15. Some rules I like to use: no redeployment, FI on hard, historical attrition, standard naval box handling.
Mobilization: none in 1861, Partial in 1862, and full in 1863. Raiding in border states can be done with any unit, other raids require three units plus a leader.

I have played three PBEM games, so I am not an expert but have a good idea what I am doing. Looking for someone who will not quit just because something did not go their way! If you are interested in a game, e-mail me at rj.cook@live.com. I can do at least one turn per day.

Then hats off to you sir if you are wanting to play the CSA and yet are willing for the Union side to host. There is still an advantage to hosting and the Union side needs no further help....all in MHO ......which is as often as not quite wrong.
