Looking for ACW Union Opponent

Hi I'm looking for a Union opponent for a historical options matchup (no random generals, fow on, minimal commitment delay, historical attrition) and 3 redeployments per turn each.

I can do about 2 turns+ on weekdays and maybe a bit more on weekends. My time zone is GMT - I don't mind location but I'd like to go through at least one turn per day.
