Rules are as follows:
Historical Attrition: ON
Redeployments: ON
Volunteers only till 1862 for both sides, after that you may begin Partial Mobilization. Only when FI is triggered will FM be used.

[Edit: Added rules. People don't seem to like a lawless war! :blink: ]
