AACW USA looking for CSA

Latest patch ..kentucky option..one turn a day at least..more if I am not busy.

Only real house rules for me would be no Draft until Summer of 62 and One leader redeployment..

Ok if we go with no Draft on any sort until June of 1862 thats good wtih me. Volunteers yes..no super armies in 1861.
