Frank C. Armstrong

Frank S Armstrong should be Frank C Armstrong. Ratings look ok but should get the indian fighter ability as he fought against the Cherokee in late 1861.
Fought on the Union side at Bull Run and switched sides afterwards. He's the only general I'm aware of that did this.
