1. I would drop his strategic to "3"...As a division commander he didn't exactly set the world on fire at Chancellorsville and Gettysburg. His uncoordinated assaults at Day 1 of Gettysburg resulted in 2 brigades getting chewed to pieces (although much of the blame lies with the brigade commanders who went in without skirmishers, resulting in a nasty suprise from the 2nd Division of the Federal I Corps)
2. Other than that, I'm happy with the stats....I can't see any special traits that apply....maybe "Reckless"

pre war he was a civil eng for one of the rr's. that could figure in somewhere...

i believe lee et al, loved him... thought he was talented.... that said, i'm ok with a 3/2/2, or even a 3/2/3.

He did very well as a brigade commander and at chancellorsville but was a big disapointment at Gettysburg and after.
