another newbie

Tue Feb 12, 2008 6:07 pm

I just bought the game yesterday and am impressed and very confused, I have been through the tutorial twice and found that it went alot easier the second time around, I have to go off to work for a few days but will be doing a lot of thinking and hopefully when i get back with a clear mind things will begin to click a bit.....I am a slow learner but also stubborn and determined. I have found the forums to be a BIG help and i am sure that i will have many questions as i move into the game

my wife was very impressed to see that her home town of Rolla was included on the map, it may be of interest to know that some of the old buildings are still standing, fenced off but completely unrestored, they were great to see when i was visiting there

Welcome to the forums!
With a little patience and some asking around the forum you will get all sorted out in no time.
The game is not difficult once you get the basic concepts.

welcome! There are a lot of great folks here that are willing to help. I don't post many questions myself, it was pretty easy for me to find most of the answers while searching the forums, but when I did ask answers were quick and spot on.

don't hesitate to ask. heck, i'm looking forward to the day i can answer one faster than others! :niark:
