Missing Siege Icon - Ft. Pickens

Here, despite having been defeated (probably by a relieving force as i was in Def and still am in Def posture) my sieging force hasn't withdrawn and i'm still by fort pickens.

There seems to be no siege icon and there's no indication of siege in the tooltip either. Is this a bug or there's an explanation? (not sure)

It sort looks like a Union force still outside the fort, hence no siege. If both are on defense, no battle, either...

heck...thought that was one of my "support stacks" ...u're right that flag is the usa flag. Sorry
