AACW or GF

Tue Jul 24, 2007 6:20 pm

I only have the demo, and this game is already causing GF problems. *laugh*

Geeze, can't a war gamer get a break?

Yeah - I'm definitely glad I discovered this game about a month after I became single again...

Yep, being divorced does have its advantages.

<raises hand> :D I spent far too many years outside of the wargaming community because of someone else's issues.

My wife actually moves the units for me. I can't be bothered. I got Sportcenter on and the dog is licking my hand. Once in a while I yell out things like "Did you Embargo like I told you to?" or "I want Grant to always show those two little red arrows above his counter, got it?"

My husband told me to post this:

Lol! My ex wanted me outside the gaming community. Instead I ignored her on gaming days. One of the more minor reasons she's my ex.

My upgrade makes my drinks on gaming days. :coeurs: That may be why I don't win many. But then if I can't stand up, I certainly don't care if I lose. A true win in my book. :sourcil:

My 25th anniversary is next month. I have been playing wargames longer than that.

HAHAHA. This is a hilarious issue. I remember during my first marriage when I was playing Steel Panthers, my wife snuck up behind me and started quoting the combat readout at the bottom of the screen as units fired and took casualties, all done in a silly voice. I laughed, but still felt like an idiot.

Then I doinked her.

Remember, if AACW has a serious bug, it will get patched.

Your girlfriend won't.

Truly. Even in PBeM, SP was a UGOIGO game. hehe And a married man shouldn't have to play the game solo. lol

Man, great to have an off-color, off-subject thread. Every forum and subforum needs one. :siffle:

Small patch, so it must be Beta. Remember, they aren't official, so backup your files. :innocent:
