1.06a bug...

Downloaded the latest 1.06a patch this morning before playing. The Rail and river movement options under the movement tab where no longer there. Also, the destroy rail and destroy depot buttons were located under the movement tab. There was nothing under the Military action tab where those are usually located. I started and restarted several times to no avail. I reinstalled 1.06 and everything is back to normal.
