Multiple Benefits from Service Units

If I have 3 medical units in one area, do I get triple the benefit? Same question applied to engineers, naval engineers, signal corps, baloons, etc.

As far as I know, no they don't.

A question I have is, if you put a medical unit in the TOE of a Division, does that medical unit affect other units in the Corps, or just the units in the Division?

I think that only the stack in which the medics are in benefits from it

the advantages won't stack. Medics benefit the whole stack, so if you put them in a division this don't change, they bring relief to all units of the stack.
