Detailed combat

From my looking round there doesn't seem to be any. All I have seen is reports after a battle. Is this the case?

If you refer to tactical battles: There are none, you only get the combat result. The game takes place on the strategic level. In my opinion a big plus. I can focus on the big plan for my campaign and don't need to fight hours of hours tactical battles. :)

The resolution of the combat itself is very detailed and incorporates terrain, weather, frontage, discipline of the units, ranged combat, assault, cohesion, supply, ammunition, abilities of the generals in the command chain, entrenchment and more. So you have to plan your attacks carefully. :cwboy:

Not a problem

Just wanting to make sure I'd made the right assumption.
