BTW, I subsequently captured that Supply Unit and I'm sending it to Ft. Pickens for defense!

I'm guessing the naming conventions got confused and there was an arty in the stack. I had Lee's locked stack in VA with 20k people in it labeled as the "Laurel Bgd" the other day.

Yeh, most likely. I was really just having fun with this. It occurred after 2 days of fighting over Richmond in which Bloody Lee ATTACKED my surrounding yankees (two Armies) so it was a bloodbath. Lee lost 20,000 in just one day. At the end of it there were all sorts of odd stacks left, including some captured arty and two such supply units.

You gotta admit, it makes for a fun message. BTW, that SU (and its friends) wiped my smallish bombarding-support navy out.
