Muddy Waters

Here a screenie from a current game, same configuration as tournament. Note the weather/ground condition indicator at the top and also in the center the time it takes a brig to get there, coming from the atlantic box. Has this ever happened to anybody before?

Yep--muddy waters previously noted. Considered "bad weather" in general rather than "mud" literally.

It is WAD.
There are "links" from the OMB's that can significantly increase travel time in anything other than Clear weather.
