It's only assumed they will make another AACW2 due to the popularity of this one. Nothings been announced. The closest you can get is the AACW2 wishlist thread linked here:

I'd say that AACW-II is a likely project due to that conflict being a good seller, but I don't think it's part of the five year plan hinted at. So unless this project is brought on by an entirely separate design team (like RUS) I expect it will be a while...

They'd be hard pressed to get it out this year regardless, even if they dropped VGN (I refuse to recognize the name change). I'm pretty sure it'll be in the plans at some point, but not anytime soon. Sorry.

I can only tell you that the game after VGN-PON has already been decided. I just can't tell you of its subject now :)

Nah, nah, it's going to be an awesomely realistic, take every historical consideration into account, battalion level re-creation of the Franco-Prussian War.

The working title is War in the Vineyards: Micromanagement Punishment.

You must mean GG-WiFP: "Gary Grigsby's War in Franco-Prussian". ;)

The powers that be have already stated that they pretty much have the next 5 years planned out. If they tell us no AACW 2, then that means not within the next 5 years.

AGEOD's War on Terra: build oil wells to supply your mechanized armies of seal-clubbers and whale harpooners. Develop McMansion neighborhoods on irreplacable habitat amongst peerless scenery. Whoever puts the most species on the extinct list, wins.

Well, comedy is not pretty - I gotta admit, it is humorous.
