I got this one May of 1864, anyone else seen it? Have any ideas what triggered it?

i got it too, pretty sweet lol (i was playing rebs) they trade him for prisoners of war and something else, I think you get him back according to the message I got while playing the CSA.

It is an alternative to the assassination event, as I understand it. Morale loss, etc.
