Please help with Divs

I'm a new member to your forums but had purchased the game awhile ago. I truely don't understand how to implement the Divisions when i'm able to, I think in Nov '61... Anyway... how do i set up the divisions so that i can erase those 35% penalties... Any quick answer would be VERY MUCH appreciated..

You can't form Divs until a certain date now. I don't remember wgen but it should be close by Nov if it hasn't happened.

To from a divison select an ACTIVE leader and there should be a colored button to the left saying form a division. After that just select the units you want to add, up to 18 elements.

Make sure that your leader does not have a brigade already attached. Often, leaders that emerge at the very beginning are already in command (Stonewall Jackson has his Stonewall brigade attached as does B. Bee, etc). I don't think you can make them division leaders until you remove them from command.
