Roads

I was just wondering if the road system was just eye candy or do u actually need to trace it to see how far a supply depot can push supplies using the 3-5 region rule?

My understanding is that the roads do improve movement of both units and supplies, but not awesomely. A road in a region is definitely better than none, but improves things about 20% or so - I'd hafta look the numbers up again, myself - it's in the documentation or in the Wiki.

RRs are best, hands down.

I'm talking about actual connection

example at Lexington MO and Warrensburg MO. They both have roads in the region, however they don't directly connect by a road. Does this have any effect of movement of supplies through the region.
