change in WS prices?

In 1.13b the CSA line infantry replacements cost 2WS each.
But in 1.14 the CSA line infantry replacements cost 1WS each.
I didn't read any changes in price in the change-log. Is that the normal price now?

Wow you are right, as always. Obviously my 1.13 games are much further into their campaigns than a just started 1.14 one. So they have the higher costs. I just started a new 1.13 campaign after reading your message and on turn one the WS cost was only one. So many features...
