Number of Union Divisions?

I don't know how this happened, I don't recall resetting anything in the options when I started a new game, but in the last game I had a maximum of 48 divisions and it never increased, the new game allows 60 divisions from the start of '61.

I'm sure there is something obvious I've missed here but I couldn't find it. What is the reason?

I don't recall if the division cap was raised by AGEOD in the latest version of the game. Are you using a player-designed mod? I would guess that is the reason why the division limit would be increased.

The division limits for the vanilla game scenarios were changed to USA 60, CSA 30, for the 2-theatre campaign scenarios a couple of update patches ago.

edit> I just confirmed that this is still the case. The single theater (East/West) Campaign scenarios were left at 48/24.

If you were playing a Modded 2-player campaign scenario, you will have to ask the Mod author.

I'm playing the 1861 2-theatre campaign. I did do an update to v1.10 during my last campaign so maybe the 60 div. limint didn't transfer over while the game was going on?

Yes. The last event changing the division limit fires 1861/07/01.
