OK, what weather mod fixes frozen rivers and blizzards on the Tennessee River along the Tennessee/Alabama border?

I am about to lose 16 ships, two divisions and cavalry because they are trapped along a Tennessee River which is either frozen or untraversable due to blizzards for the entire month of December. I also have another unsupplied infantry division trapped in Humphreys because the same blizzard has prevented him crossing either the Cumberland or the Tennessee River back to friendly territory. I am about to lose that division as well.

I don't need an absolutely perfect mod. I just need non-Stalingrad weather which doesn't freeze up all the rivers south of St Louis for months on end.

I have seen the Tennessee River below Nashville. It is a very big river...something like the Mississippi River. It isn't going to freeze without some long term, Russian style deep cold.

So what is the best weather mod available now...not a month from now. Once I have the mod, I will talk to my PBEM partner...

Download that file and swap in those files. Will change the percentages - nothing else. It's a good interim set until we fine-tune the weather matrix.
