Pre-Planned Moves

I was wondering are moves pre-planned? The reason I ask is when I click on Army, Corp etc. they will make a move, (not always, but much of the time), or even move above their location (non-move). A simple press on the delete key will detract the move, why does this happen? I suppose it's no big deal, but could this be corrected. After a while this becomes annoying, but I don't let it interfer with my enjoyment. Does anyone else notice this.

I have never seen this. Could you perhaps post a screenshot showing what you mean?
