Victory points not visible, not locomotives ordered built either.

I've tried the demo and have now downloaded the game from Gamersgate, seems to be version 1.05.

Two things I've noticed that is different from the demo:

1) In the upper left corner there used to be numbers, one for Victory points and maybe one other. If I mouse over the "leftest" of them the tooltip says that this is my Victory points so far, but there is nothing there.

2) Same thing for the locomotives and rivertransports in the Economics tab in the ledger, I can left and rightclick on them but no number appears (in the demo one leftclick made the number 10 come up). The "planned balance" changes when I click anyway.

Edit: And just now when I ended a turn a box appeared where I can click a "v" or "x" but no text or anything.

Hrmm, the main game functions just like the demo, at least in respect of the two examples you mention. Something sounds screwed up to me. Did you have any trouble during installation?

This must be the Edmunds font once again not registering properly. In the <game dir>\ACW\fonts, take the file and copy it into your windows\fonts directory and it should be ok.

Thanks for the help, but I restarted the computer and now it works (should have thought about that earlier but since the demo worked without a restart I didnt :) ).
