Does the Union capturing Mississippi have any detrimental effects on Confederate Economy/industrialization?

this split the supply grid in two, which is a big thing for the CSA, and units recruited in one area won't be able to help the other, but this derive from the situation. There is no hard coded rule representing the split, if this is your question.
