Missing free replacements.

In all my april 61 campaigns, either with the CSA or the USA, i noticed that i usually receive only the first set of free replacements no matter what i did. So i decided to look at the campaign file in the game folder and noticed that all the events had the same name so I edited the names of the subsequent ones in a way that all are different. After doing that and starting a new game I noticed that all the free replacements were given at the appropriate turn with only the little problem that, after the first one, the description of the event in the game log is not correct. The only question i have is if i am right to believe that all the free replacements events were supposed to fire or if they were supposed to fire only once. Cheers.
