She's been locked in place (Richmond, VA) since arrival, becomes un-locked Late Feb, 1863. I seem to recall her spy bonus is only effective with the stack she's with, so I decide to move her to the ANV. The very next turn, Early March, 1863, I'm informed that she's been arrested, and removed from the game.

Huh?

Is it supposed to go like that? Locked in place for the entire game, and then arrested one turn after release? What's the point?

She is not supposed to arrive locked...I'll check the point :tournepas

Yea, she's definately locked and then immediatly arrested.
