Main Interface Screen

I am missing the following tool tip on the Main Interface screen:

According to the manual, at the Main Interface screen in the upper right hand corner (#6 on Page 11), states the "Current Date & Main Commands."
I have the current date, "1862, Late April" (1862 Bloody Shiloh Scenario).
I do not have the tooltip (as states in the manual) that tells you how many turns remain before the game ends. I move the mouse around and I receive the End Phase, save the game & reach Main Menu.

You only have number of turns remaining by opening ledger F9.
See it bottom of the page after NM and victory points.

Maybe what the manual shows was prior to the final release ?

BoA had that tooltip.
I think it was very convenient.
In fact, playing AACW, a lot of times i find myself hovering the mouse over the date waiting (in vain) for the tooltip to appear.

If its possible i vote for bringing back that usefull tooltip!!
