American Civil War for Mac?

Good evening everyone. My PC is hemorrhaging and needs to be put out of its misery. Is AACW available for a Mac OS somewhere? I'd rather not use VMWare. If it is available, are there any differences between the PC and Mac versions of AACW? Can you PBEM between the different operating systems?

It is available, IIRC through AppStore. Unfortunately it is version 1.15 that although very good is not the latest official version (1.16a).
In my system (iMac 27 of 2011) it plays smoothly.

Best option if you can is playing Ageod games in Bootcamp (in Parallels I have serious problems playing)

Back in Dec 11 tried to use the Mac version in a Mac to Mac PBEM - had a lot of problems - we finally gave up.

Switched to Windows version using Vista and Parallels - no problems.
