Lions Tigers and Errors! Oh My!

Hello Everyone
(Now that the standard introduction smiley is out of the way I can get down to business)

I just received this game in the mail today and all i can say is WOW! Combining grand strategy and my favorite piece of history comes out
as the funnest game I have ever played. Unfortunately my current save game has stopped working . It was spring of 1862 and I finally had all my armies in tip top shape and ready to invade Dixie. I hit end turn and a terrifying error message told me to post my log and save game on this forum. The log is below but for some reason i could not find the save game (the save folder is empty). Thanks for the help in advance!

Be sure to download and apply the latest patch also.

Your log clearly indicates much is missing [97 settings loaded, where mine has loaded 459 !!!]

Armistead,

I had errors that said post to the support forum as well. I resolved mine by loading the previous turn. The game makes 24 auto saves for you so you can go back but I think it is actually better to give make a unique name save every couple game months. Sometimes things go sooo wrong, strategy wise and going back a couple months might save you tons of time .


Also the actual saves assuming you are using Vista/7 are located here: C:\Users\Armistead\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\Saves\

This is assuming Armistead is the account you logged in with otherwise use the account name you use to log in to the pc with.
