Localization
French users had the description on abilities mixed a bit.

Setup
The 3 battles scenarios have more supply at start.
Two militias added to the CSA OOB in the April Campaign (Winchester and Suffolk in Virginia, you can do some interesting things with these)
The tutorial always has clear weather now, to reduce its randomness.

User Interface (new!)
A tooltip has been added on many historical events, describing their in-game effect. Also for people playing in a low resolution, truncated messages will be displayed entirely in this tooltip.
