Create Division?

Can anyone help me out with this one please?

I am trying to create divisions (I have Corps already) by selecting units and a leader and clicking the appropriate box marker 'create divsions' and nothing happens. I read I need to have a divisional HQ? Where are these?

Why is it that you cannot form Divisions if a Brigade contains a leader? In the example Jackson can be made a division leader yet he cannot include a brigade led by Bee???

you need to decouple the leader from the brigade. use the same icon that you use to disassemble a division. the commanded brigade will become two units then and then the brigade can be added to the division

i am running version 1.15 doing long game with kentucky. it is sept 61 and i still cant form divisions. when i click on active gen the box that has the form div button stays blank
