Sad news but reminding me of many a fun night. I learnt to program in order to create an automated Dungeon Masters aid which led to a decent career in programming. Thanks Gary.

AD&D was my first serious game fixation. I played many adventures with my friends back in the early 1980s. I think reading the first edition rules helped to build my vocabulary, too. :)
