So curious if anyone else has experienced this problem playing as Parliament (1.03 patch) and even though I have an army in Norwich, the decision for Defensive Entrenchment is still not valid.
And I can't understand why, the MC in Norwich is 100% in my favor of me, and there's at least a level one city there, thus having a hard time trying to bring up the Loyalty in the Eastern Association so I recruit units here, since it seems that's only good way to do so.
. (Side-note, maybe there should be more decisions to increase loyalty in certain regions?, it's very limited I find)Bug by chance? or am I missing something?
