Defending Danzig?

Im trying to stop Karls advance into Poland by having an army in Danzig. However this seems impossible as the swedes just do an almost unopposed landing there, despite fort guns and nearby army. Is it even possible?

Try posting small garrisons of one or two infantry elements adjacent to Danzig on the coast and one further north east which will require two supply units rotating supply from Danzig to maintain. this leaves no undefended coastline in this sector and deters any Swedish landing in this sector.
