Before the war Austrians reduce depense in army... so you not have more gun xD (The only country do that If I good remember)

A bit more complicated, the Austrians had very good artillery, SKODA 305s used by Ludendorff to storm Liege were Austrian made.
The problem was the Hungarian nobles did not like increasing the common budget for expanding the army and hence, they were woefully short of AMMO and GUNS at the start of the war.
Another problem was there was a big mismanagement/corruption which resulted in faulty saddles manufactured (later they got German Saddles in 1915) and the resultant was the famous Hungarian Cavalry was out of horses within 2 weeks of the War (sore backs for Horses), this meant no reconnaissance made (as Austria did not have planes) and this was a major reason for the galician disaster.

France has defeated the Germans at Metz and laid siege to the fortress there, but the Germans are arriving in France in strength, securing Lille, St. Quentin, and driving on Reims. As the Germans close on the Marne, can the English and French stop them?

I'm watching the French closely, and I'm thinking their rail pool recovery in August is too slow. Right now they recover 50 rail per turn in August, and 200 per turn in September. I may increase that to 100 per turn in both months. Right now, they don't have enough rail to even rail an entire army at the end of August.
