Yes Aurelin, the same happened in my game. And other "strange" diplomatic things. If you want, see my post in general forum "Terrible 1808, Bavaria with satellites etc...". It's an important problem , according to me!

Re installed the patch. Not getting the text now, but the pic shows up.

For all has gone well. Started a new game (January Campaign) with new patch installed, no problem. No VP penalty. I'm in July 1805 now, all seems to work fine. We will see in 1808 (war with Spain, Bavaria and rebellions). I think it will takes 2-3 more days (not much time this week-end....)

In current PBEM, yes.
