War Supplies

Hi, sorry if this is a silly question but how often do I get war supplies?

As France the tool tip and Atlas say +173 but this is clearly not every turn. Is it monthly or something. Manual says nothing.

I have not really been noticing TBH only I was looking at how much ships cost in WS which is a lot and wanted to forward plan if it was viable.

EDIT - Its monthly, ignore me. I really should not be playing at 3 am. My brain cells are melting and I got precious few spare.
