I don't install things to my C drive, preferring to leave as much free space as possible for the OS. However, when I try to run the auto-updater for WoN, it cannot find the game and will not run. So, I downloaded the patch from here, but, when I ran it, it also refused to run, presenting a message that WoN is not installed on my computer.
All of my games, including all of my other AGEOD games, are installed on the same drive. This is a new computer, so I have just recently had to install all of my games, and patch them all to the most recent version. It worked just fine for all off my other games, including all the AGEOD games. For some reason, the WoN patch will not cooperate.
I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide me to get the patch to run.

[EDIT] Sorry, I realized after posting that I should have put this in the Support forum. I would have deleted this one, if I could figure out how to do it.
If that's the official patch from Matrix, then the Helpdesk will help you, and determine why the game is not detected: support@slitherine.co.uk
If that's the public beta patch, and I recommend using it, then just find the directory of your game and you are good to go.

i had troublewith install beta patch until i realized i have many matrix folders. this patch is lookingfor the on with the 86 in it. all worked fine then
