The most urgent fixes.

These are not improvements, these are fixes to make the game playable. Like in all games the AI will still be easy to beat, etc., but the game will at least be playable :
- Make the Pressburg peace event series viable. Sick of it not shooting, forcing the player to switch to the other side to make it happen, and then seeing troops just disappear (all the Armée d'Italie vaporising for lack of transport).
- Give the UK fleet, at least when played by the AI, infinite supplies or a fairly high cohesion floor underwhich it won't slide : right now the british fleet get battered by weather or just standing in front of french ports too long and the french just have to wait for 4/5 months and can then trash all but the biggest Nelson led fleet. Either that or give the AI a clever fleet rotation back to port algorythm (which is a lot more complicated). This is where some AI "cheating" isn't a bad thing : when Computer controlled, the UK should have some props to make its fleet pretty much everlasting.

These are two simple vital fixes needed. The kamikaze battle has been fixed by Vicberg (at least it works fine in my game), but those 2 problems are major enough to ruin the fun really.

Well thanks guys.... Basically until them I have rewinded until before I "force accepted peace" by going to the austrian side and am just keeping on playing until spring when I'll be able to move everybody except a division or 2 in Vienna before force accepting peace as Austria. At least if some troops disappear, it won't be a whole army... in the meanwhile I am parking my fleets in port so as to not trash the brits anymore, I am not going for Gibraltar and am basically staying put.. Oh btw, I accepted a peace offer from the Russians, so I got that going for me I guess...

OK it seems that part of the vaporising armies in the Pressburg event sequence are the consequences of manual changes made by us players, rather than the engine, so I retract my criticism of the engine on that point !

Yup. Tried to use $diAllianceMembers to give foreign access to all members into Austria. Can't use it in this manner. The only way, that I've found so far, to give foreign access to all alliance members is to manually list faction by faction, which isn't a good thing because alliances can change.

France was getting NO access causing the armies to be destroyed. Fixed and a new AUS_Peaces.sct uploaded to the temp fix thread. AI PeaceSigned event is firing.
