Lefevre...
Lefevre starts the game in Koeln with "force Lefevre". He is NOT listed in the army screen as a Corps commander (in fact he is not listed at all). When I try to make him a Corps commander the box is greyed out. He is a 2-star general... why can't he be a Corps commander?

Because he is out of range of an army. Corps exist only as a force dependent of an army (Grande Armée or Armée d'Italie ) at game start. So Lefebvre commands only an independent force. If during the game you bring Napoleon closer or move him closer to the big boss, you will see he'll be able to become a corps.
