Hi,
as France I lost some of the fixed merchants in the Mediterranian shipping boxes and wanted to replace them with new build merchants, but as far as I see they they do not provide me with money & war supplies like the others do.
Is there any setting I have to use or a requirement to fulfill to make them work like the fixed merchants?
