the Issue with Access

AS far as I can see once access has been forced upon another due to peace, and a country can take 6 months for access, then that country can dow and will have access to that territory. It doesnt get revoked.

If country 1 go to peace with country 2, then country 1 has access for 6 months, in country 2 territory, cant be revoked. When can country 2 revoke access, Ive seen this in country 3 , well over the peace period, which still stay the same, country 3 cant revoke access still which is well over the 6 months, I think.
