is it possible to destroy or retransfer supplies from a City?
Example: Britain took Amsterdam with lots of supply in stock. A Major French army is on ist way to Retake the City. Can the British army destroy the supply before leaving the City?

You can destroy the depot, it will destroy many supplies.

Scorched earth rgd can be played also I would lessen loylty effect of the card to be able to play it as the Russians and keep regions loyal to the Russian cause.
