Do other AGEOD Games have the same issue?
How does a French Costal Battery get to the Middle of Hesse when it takes longer to get back to the closest coast city than the game has been played. The memory location that holds the location of the unit is overwritten by something else and changes the location of the unit and it "Teleports" to the new location.
Russian Depots showing up in the middle of Switzerland. Russian river boats showing up on French Rivers. Spanish Artillery showing up all over France. Except for the Spanish Artillery, none of things can move there in less that 6 months.
In two games {One with the Feb 04 beta and one with the Feb 17 beta} Russia surrendered after a couple of supply depots, supply brigrades, and artillery units "Appeared" in the mountains of Switzerland and I sent a Stack to take them out. The resounding victory caused Russia to Surrender. I guess it might be possible for the artillery units and supply brigades to go through Barvia and the Moutains of Austria while my troops where there chasing down the scattered remains of the Austrian army. But highly unlikely. As for the Supply Depots. No way. If Russia has sent them there at the beginning of the game, there still would have been enough time for them to move there normally.
You tell me how else unit's "Teleport", "Appear", or what ever term you want to use for moving with out following the normal movement rules.
