I get an aweful lot of exceptions while playing. Here are some log entries. Can anyone explain what they mean?

Any error with 'Main unexpected exception TApplication' most probably result from a problem between the engine and the video card (the engine still use an old DirectX library). You can work around that by contacting support: support@slitherine.co.uk telling them you need a solution about directX crashes. They can propose you a 'DLL' on this issue, if the rest is not working. Do not hesitate to link this thread so they see this answer of mine.

As for the last error about 'script engine error', that's an historical event problem. We need to see your game version, because many events have been fixed. You can post your mainlog file or check your version by going to the main menu, opening the credits window and reading the top line. If you are in the latest beta version, then we are definitively interested in knowing more about this error, as we want to fixes all events.
